  We possess ample Workshop Fabrication facilities – Land, Power, Skilled & Capable Workforce, and a variety of fabrication Machinery, Machining facilities, Cranes al collectively capable of catering to multifarious industrial applications.

  We procure other Fabrication & Machining facilities, Pressing, making of Dished Ends, Blasting & Painting, Heat Treatment, Rubber Lining & Passivation and different NDT Works from our several long time associated and established subcontractors, who all are available within a short radius from our works.

• We are an authorised Contractor for BOILER REPAIR cum Fabricator of Pressure Parts under the purview of I B R since 1991; with annual / biennial renewals
• Our Works Facility is P E S O approved since 1998 and regularly revalidated.
• We are another ISO 9001:2015 approved company; and with OHSAS 45001 / ISO 45001:2018 which recognition has been accorded after due preliminary education and subsequent Auditing by BUREAU VERITAS

We have been regularly renewing including for “value enhancement”, until it has been discontinued by Engineers India Limited in July 2021.

EQUIPMENT ERECTION – both *Static & Rotary types, including *Site assembling of various equipments. We are undertaking Shut-Down Works to specifically mention In Chennai Petroleum Corporation that includes FLARE STACK for refurbishing works of BURNERS and SEAL POT at a height of above 100 Meters using a Crane of 700 MT capacity with a long boom to reach that height and bring down and lift back a weight of above 50 MT

PROCESS & UTILITIES PIPING including High Pressure Steam Piping as an authorised contractor under the purview of Indian Boiler Regulations 1950 – IBR, continuously since 1991; and in different materials of composition, mainly CS, many categories of Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel

UNDERGROUND PIPING mainly for long CROSS COUNTRY PIPELINES for FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS with FIRE HYDRANTS / MONITORS along with Coating and Wrapping

• Internal & External Pre-Coated Pipes for Cross Country Piping including for ATF, for both Civil & Military Utilities
• Specifically for FIRE PREVENTION / FIRE PROTECTION / FIRE FIGHTING consisting Main Fire Pump as well Vertical Turbine Pumps, specific & full range of Valves & Accessories, FIRE HYDRANTS / MONITORS / JOCKEY PUMP and a range of other accessories along with allied Civil Works of Excavation / PCC / RCC SLEEPERS or PEDESTALS or PLATFORMS including Pump House Electrical / Instruments / Automation Systems.
